A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our Farmington-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in MI, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a Farmington kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Farmington technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Farmington started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in Farmington are resolved in a single visit.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Farmington home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Farmington, MI can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Farmington, MI homes.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Farmington, MI who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.

You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
Our routing keeps trucks distributed across Farmington, MI so we can usually get to you same-day.
We're happy to have every technician show ID and license on arrival; it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not a special request.
